On the Same Page Technical Communications operates under the guidance of company Principal, Michael Lujan. Michael's business experience was born, matured, tempered strong and polished smooth in one of the most revered business climates known — 'Silicon Valley'.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area (born in Palo Alto, CA), he grew up with a work-hard, work-smart, play-fair ethic on which many early companies in 'The Valley' were founded and continue to flourish. From projects with ground-breaking startups to industry-leading corporations, whose headquarters are in 'The Valley' as well as in other business centers through the United States, he has developed unique styles of leadership, participation, and communication that have enabled clients to realize their goals, and for On The Same Page Technical Communications to realize a long-standing tenure in the industry.

As a past Senior Member of the Society for Technical Communications, speaker at Community Colleges and State Universities, and a volunteer for civic humanitarian programs and services, Michael's continual contribution to collaborative and cooperative teamwork is the foundation for the heartbeat of On The Same Page Technical Communications.
